Q U A LIFI C A TION S : Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Paralegal experience with Florida Personal Injury/PIP required Minimum 2-3 years experience maintaining calendar for scheduling scheduling mediations/trials Handling Medical Records/Subpoena requests Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Proficient in all aspects of Depositions, Mediation, and Trial Preparation Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Basic researching, proofreading, and formatting skills Is a proactive self-starter who is able to manage his/her time effectively and work independently Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information High degree of ethics and integrity ESSEN T I A L J OB F U N C TONS: Proficient in reading and responding to Subpoena's Preparing demands to be sent to PIP Carriers Review and serve responses to discovery demands Assist Doctor/Corporate Representative in scheduling, coordinating, and preparing materials for Discover, Deposition, Trial, Arbitration or Mediation.
