Now hiring for a HVAC Field Supervisor for our Service Department Compensation: $DOE Employment type: Full Time Work with Technicians on certain jobs that require additional management assistance Be available for technician calls Low line coaching (verbal) warnings and plans for employee improvement Coordinate with Dispatchers regarding scheduling and technician assignments Monthly vehicle inspections for inventory, repairs and cleanliness Attend interviews with Service Manager for potential new hire technicians Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Aid with service calls necessary.
