Project Manager Champion Retail Housing Inc / Titan Factory Direct has an immediate opening for a Manufactured/Modular home project manager in the Tampa/Lakeland area. This position is responsible for managing single family housing projects under construction in multiple Central Florida counties. Titan Factory Direct is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country. We offer a competitive pay structure and full benefits with 401K. Candidate must: Possess a working knowledge of residential construction, permitting, home site preparation, project management and warranty service management. Be able to interact with customers, vendors, and management. Have the ability to multi-task. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office. Have a willingness to learn project management software. Have reliable transportation, as this position requires local travel to job sites. Job Re sponsibilities: Initial site visits with clients Gathering bids from subcontractors Managing the permit process Maintain a timeline with subcontractors and clients Ensuring the projects stay within budget Ensuring that projects stay on projected timeline Come and join our winning team!
