Job DescriptionIn search of a full-time, licensed, community based Intensive In-Home Clinical Lead for children and adolescents (0-21). Candidate will be required to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Wayne, Wilson, Edgecombe, Lenoir, & Greene Counties.Education/experience/licensure requirements:Master's Degree in a human service field requiredFully or provisionally licensed in NC required (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A)Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families requiredOther requirements:Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license)Attendance at weekly team meetingsSessions conducted in community to include but not limited to consumer's home, school, office, and virtualHome office is located in RaleighThe mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families.
