Graspa Group is looking for a part-time TikTok & Instagram content creator to help bring our accounts to the next level! The right candidate should have working knowledge and experience on both platforms and have the skills to create great content. ABOUT YOU: You love storytelling on TikTok and Instagram You have a passion for content marketing You have a growth mindset and enjoy honing your skills and learning new ones You see the opportunity in every obstacle you face You believe in taking action and creating results, not making excuses You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same You want a job where you'll be given opportunity to try new things, grow and be rewarded and recognized for your hard work You want to be surrounded by other high achievers who will push you to perform your best You are passionate about helping build our company and brand and ready to put in the work WHAT YOU'LL DO: Work with our in-house content creator to make Reels and TikTok's Help Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, On TikTok and Instagram. Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategy Monitor and measure growth of follower count across digital channels Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences Help implement the influencer marketing strategy, helping to establish and nurture long-term partnerships through organic and paid content REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years of social media management 6months - 1 year of creating TikTok's or Instagram Reels, experience (personal or business is okay) Intermediate or advanced experience with Instagram and TikTok, and social posting platforms Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high pressure and fast-paced situations Working towards acquiring a Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing or business fields PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT PREVIOUS VIDEOS EXPERIENCE AND PORTFOLIO!
