Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at ALL LOCATIONS: Murrieta, San Marcos, San Diego Compensation: $DOE Employment type: Full Time Overview: Have a strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures Must have a strong understanding in duct design and CFM flow Must have a strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge Must be able to communicate effectively with customers for payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc. Must possess leadership skills and is able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods Qualifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record 2+ years HVAC experience Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers Strong organization skills Great written and oral communication skills Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day What we offer: *Competitive pay *401k Match *$15,000 paid term life insurance *100% paid employee medical *Paid PTO *10 paid holidays *Dental insurance *Vision insurance Action Air Conditioning, Heating and Solar's service and installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and training.
