e4 is a Healthcare Consulting firm based in Philadelphia established in 2006. We currently have a growing staff that represent us at healthcare organizations across the US with a large presence in the mid-Atlantic region. We provide healthcare IT and operational support. Our services include project management and SME support for system implementations and conversions, including Clinical, HIM, CDI, Coding, IT and Rev Cycle. We currently are working with a number of clients on current/upcoming Cerner implementations, below is additional information: Manage assigned projects according to the standards established for this program initiative using all reasonable means to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery of projects. Assist Customer achieve their goals as they implement the solutions that will meet the requirements from a combination of business process, clinical/revenue cycle functionality, usability and technology perspectives. Lead assigned teams composed of Project Champions, Design Lead Analysts, Solution Analysts, and subject matter experts by creating a culture that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, teamwork, and camaraderie. Work collaboratively with program leadership to verify and control scope, and document and communicate scope changes. Define and sequence activities, estimate activity resource durations, develop and control schedule and critical path timeline. Maintain responsibility for day-to-day oversight of the project work plans. Adhere to project management standards related to status reporting, issues management, time reporting, work plan management, risk management and change management. Escalates issues when necessary to program leadership. Develop tactical risk management plan and mitigation strategies, and communicate ongoing risks. Remain proactively aware of key initiatives taking place throughout the program, including testing and training, and ensures assigned teams participate and complete required milestones. Additional Requirements Full life cycle project implementation experience with Cerner Millennium Clinical/Revenue applications such as: PeriOp & Anesthesia, Pharmacy, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, ClinDoc, Orders, PowerChart, Teleheatlh, Cerner Patient Accounting, Charge Services, HIM, Scheduling and Registration, etc. Must have recent Cerner application experience Ability to and interest in travel Previous consulting experience highly desired e4 Services policy is to provide equal opportunity to all people without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected category. e4 Services is proud to be a drug-free workplace.
