The ideal candidate will have residential insurance restoration (construction, smoke, fire, water damage) estimating experience. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the LaGrange location through accurate estimating.We offer company paid training, competitive compensation and benefit packages! DUTIES Assess and write an estimate for a fire or construction loss utilizing Xactimate Estimating softwareDevelop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjustersServe as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrierManage projects from start to finish while maintaining profitabilityParticipate in on-call rotationEnsure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to estimate value of a project and write an estimate using Xactimate.Must have project management experienceMust have construction backgroundGood customer service skillsMust obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision makingMust be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software and Xactimate.Must possess excellent written and verbal skillsWorking knowledge of basic office equipmentMust be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software; Chronicle and others as necessaryMust pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Please go to https://servicemasterjobs.applicantpro.com to apply.
