Buckman's Ski Shops is looking to fill a part time position for our online customer team in Whitehall, PA. This job is based in our Whitehall, PA retail location and is 40hrs a week from September through March (a seasonal position)Duties include, but not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls, emails and live chat sessions, providing excellent customer service Processing Return and Exchange Requests Working diligently to resolve any order fulfillment issues Communicating clearly to customers and other members of our customer service and fulfillment team members Other tasks as assigned This person will have to interact with customers over the phone on a regular basis which requires a calm demeanor and ability to listen to their concerns while coming up with a solution to any problems that may arise. Must be a self-motivated team player.
