We are looking for restaurant industry pros to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. For more than 30 years our brand has been a leader in the market. Our franchise group is growing and looking for General Managers with a proven history of success to join us. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and train team members. Maintain schedule so all critical shifts are covered. Ensure compliance for all brand standards and food safety standards. Achieve targets for sales, labor, and cogs. Complete daily and weekly paperwork and employee new hire paperwork as required. Qualifications 2 years Restaurant General Manager experience. Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are covered. Ability to lead from the front. We are a hands-on-brand. Our GM's are customer facing and work side-by-side with their teams each day. A desire to serve customers with great service and team members with great training.
