Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is now hiring a Controls Tech in Roanoke, Blacksburg, and surrounding areas to support our Industrial customers. Desired skills for this role include: 2+ years of industrial controls experience Knowledge in controls, wiring, ladder logic, input/output hookups, circuitry, conduit, motors, cylinders, drives, etc. PLC install and troubleshooting experience a plus Able to read and interpret construction drawings with no supervision Able to read and interpret job specific paperwork with little to no supervision Ensure that installations are done per job documents and drawings Provide a safe job site for you and your team Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Here at Moore's, we offer an industry leading benefits package that includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance with a Health Savings Account option Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Industry leading PTO policy including a safety incentive to earn more PTO 401K Retirement Plan Moore's is 100% employee owned.
