Growth Coordinator Our client is seeking a Growth Coordinator to support the Proposal Team. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Growth and will provide support to a team of Proposal Managers and Proposal Coordinators.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be an integral part of our growing team responsible for conducting procurement research and RFX opportunity searches. This position will work closely with staff identifying procurement opportunities, creating proposal files and inputting leads in Salesforce. To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable conducting research, and analyzing prospective bid opportunities. Candidate must be flexible with schedule (occasional weeknights/weekends) to meet multiple RFP deadlines. Identify, research and track potential business RFX opportunities Provide quarterly and monthly RFX data metrics Meet or exceed goals and objectives for sourcing procurement opportunities Assist in customer research of proposals, partners and bid submissions Possess business expertise Proficiency in all MS Suite products Ability to prioritize and manage workload Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Additionally, successful applicants will: Be willing to pitch in when needed Have government experience or familiarity with Offer creative solutions by thinking outside the box to sourcing new RFX opportunities Persue new opportunities by supporting the company's offerings to new markets Manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience supporting fast-paced teams Experience in the commercial and government proposal process Juggle multiple priorities Creative problem solving Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize workload Eager to be part of a team that puts a premium on assuming best intentions and giving one another grace
