We are Key Autism Services, and we are looking for caring, dedicated individuals to provide ABA Therapy to children on the spectrum in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We provide full training for those just starting their careers, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates. Paid Training Innovative, Creative, and Ethical work Culture RBT Certification and aspiring BCBA program Behavior Therapist Requirements: High school Diploma or College Degree Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience Knowledge of Autism Ability to work without constant oversight Positivity, Dependability & Patience Excellent written and verbal communication in English Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities: Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan. Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy About us: Key Autism Services provides family-focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to bring about meaningful and positive change to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
