Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Senior Management Analyst. The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures. Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives. Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to projects and programs. Conduct work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Develops and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences Supports the development of Command level strategic planning Qualifications: Active Secret Security Clearance Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w/ Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w/Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience Skills: Excellent oral and written skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to learn and apply project management concepts to assigned duties.
