RESPONSIBILITIES Learn government acquisition by shadowing an international government contract Prepare market research, statements of work, and process diagrams Develop graphics, templates, and process diagrams Develop questionnaires for enterprise assessments Provide technical writing and editing Develop social media articles and postings Manage marketing campaign and sales robot Research emerging technologies Provide general administrative support using a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, and confidentiality. Coordinate and book travel Organize conferences and meetings and align multiple calendars Multitask and exude excellence in the completion of tasks REQUIREMENTS A US Citizen currently enrolled in a university (Undergrad/Grad) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology (IT), and Communications fields. Must be customer service-driven, handle multiple tasks, and possess excellent organization and communication skills. Must possess a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications are required, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Illustrator, and Spark.
