DAY-TO-DAY This full-time inventory management position works a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm . As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator / Inventory Control Specialist, you have the important responsibility of ensuring our technicians have the right materials, for the right job, at the right time! You research cost-effective options for purchasing parts, and you work with vendors to secure quality products at a favorable price. When receiving orders, you check shipments for accuracy and follow procedures for promptly returning damaged items. Attentive to detail, you carefully track inventory and always have a correct count of stocked items. Coordinating with our operations manager and dispatcher, you determine which items are required for each job. You maintain a highly organized facility, which makes it easy to pull the necessary materials and equipment. Our technicians can count on you to keep their trucks well-stocked, and to arrange for quick and accurate deliveries to the job site. As a team player, you like to do your part to keep projects on schedule. You take accountability for handling the paperwork for our company trucks, ensuring that they are properly maintained. Organized and efficient, you also file permits and track job inspections. You feel great knowing that our techs can depend on you, and you enjoy being a member of our tight-knit team !
