Responsibilities Act as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience Scheduling appointments Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process Graciously thank them for their visit Why Gould's Fun and professional atmosphere Generous discounts on salon services Generous discounts on premium products Room to advance or grow professionally Friendly and positive co-workers Qualifications Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and Sundays; Passion for providing outstanding customer service Positive attitude Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player Strong computer, keyboard and mathematic skills A genuine smile As part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with Gould's Salons and Spas will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
