A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET PORTER / OFFICE ASSISTANT In this full-time OR part-time position, you provide valuable support for our animal care center. Every day, you come to work excited to see the pets and eager to assist your coworkers. When customers drop off and pick up their dogs and cats, you transport the animals between the lobby and their room. You treat every pet with love and care as you handle breeds of all shapes and sizes. Additionally, you assist around the office by performing basic functions such as making copies. You lightly clean around the resort as needed, picking up trash, wiping up spills, and cleaning dirty spots. If a coworker needs assistance with other tasks, you are happy to jump in and help. You love interacting with our furry clients and providing the best experience for them you can! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PET PORTER / OFFICE ASSISTANT Ability to be on your feet and handle dogs of all strengths and sizes Heart and love for working with dogs and cats Can you effectively follow directions while working? Are you a strong communicator? Do you work well as part of a team? Are you organized? Can you create positive bonds with animals? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer service position! WORK SCHEDULE This customer service position is open to full-time AND part-time hours depending on the season and how busy we are.
