Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to work somewhere you can really make a difference? The Children's Home of Kingston's New Horizons program is hiring Youth Care Workers! YCW staff work directly with unaccompanied refugee minors to help ensure their safety and wellbeing while they are in our care. Staff working in this role feature big hearts and a passion to support the mission of caring for refugee children in a strong team environment. Duties: Caring for refugee children while providing a safe and secure setting, maintaining line of sight with children at all times. Supporting clinical staff in the therapeutic care of the children. Helping the children adjust to their new environment. Transportation of children for appointments and other travel needs in a company car. Requirements: Bilingual, English & Spanish Clean and valid NYS driver's license At least 21 years of age GED or HS equivalent Legally allowed to work in the USA Our benefits package for Full Time employees is exceptional!
