Timberline Construction Corp. ("TCC") is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration and employee relations. What You Will Do Conduct recruitment and outreach efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, Co-op, and temporary employee positions including job posting and advertising, initial screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Oversee onboarding; schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions, prepare all materials, ensure I-9/E-Verify Compliance. Assist with annual open enrollment, annual performance reviews and other special projects. Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate personnel records and files relative to benefits, PTO accruals, promotions and wage histories. Handle monthly billings from benefits providers, reviewing for accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties and troubleshoot issues as they arise. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a talent acquisition or human resources role. Construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail. Excellent team player who exhibits an eagerness to learn, strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of management.
