Garfield is looking for an Outside Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, to manage a team of 25+ field Account Executives in various territories and is responsible for the management, development, and performance of the team. This role requires a passionate sales professional with a track record of leading and motivating a remote team and an unrelenting drive for results. What You Will Be Doing: Leading sales hiring, training and performance management for the outside sales team across the US, Canada, and Australia Analyzing sales performance data and metrics to determine areas for improvement Identifying new sales opportunities Navigating and solving for a competitive landscape across various territories Attending tradeshows with reps to meet clients and develop new business Partnering with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales growth and marketing Leading the annual sales retreat and coordinating the agenda You might be a good fit if you (have, possess, are): Minimum 5+ years managing an outside sales team Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team Natural relationship builder Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics Willingness to travel Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and all candidates will be considered Why Join Our Team?
