Our Insiders are the key ingredient of our success, creating great pizzas and exceptional experience for all guests. Starting Pay = $9.00/Hour + Tips Evening Shifts 4/5:00pm - 10/11:30pm Weekend Mornings and Evenings Available Benefits: Flexible Hours Full time or part time Health, Vision, Dental, Life insurance benefits available for employees working over 32 hrs./ week 401K with Company Match Tip-Outs on top of base pay Opportunities to advance within Employee Discount We're looking for someone who: Is friendly and genuinely cares about the happiness of others Takes accountability for their actions and takes pride in their work Is a good teammate who provides' and values' honest feedback Has a passion for making great guest experiences Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others Consistently gives sincere and total effort and demonstrates initiative Willing to adopt the Marco's Cultural Beliefs Job Requirements Include: At least 16 years of age Able to work weekends Available to work up to 10:00 PM on weekdays and up to 11:00 PM on weekends Able to stand for long periods of time on any given day Reliable, prompt, and punctual Restaurant experience preferred but not required Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include: Welcoming in customers Taking accurate orders Being able to run a cash register Making pizzas accurately Preparing pizza dough Slicing and chopping toppings like vegetable and meats Executing customers' orders considering special requests Keeping workstations clean and sanitary Demonstrating safe food storage and preparation Completing deployments prior to shift end
