Sr. Human Resources Businss Partner - PST time zone preferred Position Summary: We are seeking a professional, experienced, and energetic HR Manager to provide expertise and guidance on HR programs, processes and policies to senior management and their teams. Telestream is a high growth, fast-paced organization with plans to continue our rapid global expansion, including through acquisitions, that this individual will be a key partner to the business as we shape our go-forward organizational structures and talent pipelines. This role is global in nature and will partner directly with certain members of the Telestream executive team in shaping their organizations to drive the business forward. This role will report directly into the Vice President of Human Resources. Primary responsibilities and functions include: Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, employee benefit programs, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and completing personnel transactions. Be a trusted advisor and thought leader to executive team leaders and their staff and an advocate for employees Assist and support multiple projects and programs, including but not limited to Benefits Administration, On-Boarding, Staffing, Training & Development, Leave Administration and Workers' Compensation Ensure positive Employee Relations practices; counsel and/or coach employees and managers regarding employee issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints to resolution Collaborate with teams across the HR organization to be directly involved in employee engagement surveys, compensation reviews, performance management, feedback cycles, and learning and development programming. Drive a high-performance culture and provoke positive change in people management Assist employees in leave of absence coordination, in conjunction with polices, to include FMLA, CFRA, and all related State and Federal leaves Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus 7+ years in HR with graduated experience and responsibility experience in a Tech company (SaaS based software company experience is a big plus) Knowledge of current laws and regulations governing human resource matters with a solid understanding of federal and state employment laws; experience with international labor laws a plus Experience with sales compensation and commissions programs a plus, including shaping compensation programs within organizations transitioning to a SaaS business model Must have a positive attitude with a proven ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and management styles Critical thinker and self-starter with ability to independently shape recommendations to senior leadership An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain high levels of credibility to forge solid and positive professional relationships with subordinates and peers while becoming a trusted advisor to upper management A multi-tasker with strengths in setting priorities and completing projects within deadlines Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and subsequent integrations, a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
