Job Title: Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Analyst Land Warfare Work Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada Clearance: Current/active TS+ Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to the job posting Education: HS Diploma with five (5) plus years of related operational experience in the US Army or US Marine Corps Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift Travel: Occasional Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Listing Number: 22-002/NV22007 LCAT: Land Warfare Analyst Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for: Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission; Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information; Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results; Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Qualifications: Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes Five+ (5) plus years of demonstrated relevant operational experience in the US Army or US Marine Corps Experience at the tactical and operational level with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes; Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction Desired Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience in land operations and combat systems Experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations; Operational experience of EMSO and spectrum management To apply to this position please go to www.s4inc.com and click on Careers to complete and an employment application and to upload your resume.
