Are you a leader? Do you have a passion for delivering a world-class experience and helping others to do the same? As an hourly supervisor, you will work closely with our team to ensure their success and that every guest has a memorable experience in our facility. You will ensure the safety of all guests and ensure the team is following our processes to deliver the same great (and safe) experience to every guest. You will assist the management team in opening and closing the facility, as well as running shifts. Look forward to opportunities to celebrate the wins, big and small, on a regular basis Summary of essential job functions: Overseeing your department during shifts Answering phone calls Answering guest questions/concerns Assisting team members during peak periods Focus on core process adherence Handle guest complaints and work to recover them Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed Know all hourly team member positions Ensure daily audits are completed as required Ensure the facility maintains a high level of cleanliness and sanitation Any other duties as assigned by management
