Professional services company is seeking a Receptionist / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience using QuickBooks, be skilled working in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and be willing to learn the administrative aspects of the organization including industry related software programs and tools. Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and clients to the office. Answer and route all incoming phone call. Assist professional and administrative staff as needed. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following Monitor front desk Answer multi line telephone system Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents Receive and prepare mail and shipments Assist accounting department with receivables and payables Process credit card payments Enter Vendor Bills and client payments High school diploma Prior administrative experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Working knowledge of Quickbooks. Highly organized multitasker who works well in a team environment Excellent time management and communication skills Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Minimum requirement of a High School diploma - preferred Associates degree in Business or Accounting.
