DAY-TO-DAY As an Estate Tax Manager, you play a key role in providing technical expertise to clients in the Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. As you assist the team in providing exceptional customer service, you increase the confidence that our clients feel in our company. You review personal, business, and fiduciary tax returns, including trusts and estates, consult with clients on tax planning, and assist with research on related tax issues. You consult with the engagement partner to develop solutions for clients and manage the implementation of those solutions. A true leader, you work to develop and train staff by assisting in recruiting, providing performance evaluations, and developing training aids. You communicate directly with all clients assigned to you as well as network with potential clients. Actively supporting your partners, you assist in developing new initiatives to increase retention, meet resourcing needs, and develop staff. You also perform billing and collections as needed.
