Advance Mechanical, INC. is hiring for a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative service and upkeep on our residential and commercial clients' heating and air equipment for the good citizens of our Greeneville, NC community. This position comes with a competitive pay of $17-20/hr based on experience, plus bonuses and commission , and a Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 or 5:00 pm work schedule.We also provide excellent benefits such as a company iPad , retirement plan with employer match, 50% employer-paid medical plan, a dental and vision option paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), bereavement leave, tuition reimbursement, and employee referral incentives.
