$10.00/Hour Part Time FREE YMCA Membership Basic Function: Responsible for all aspects of the planning of parties at the YMCA. Responsible for the safety of participants during the program and deliver high quality age-appropriate activities to participants.GENERAL Functions: Communicate with participants; establish type of party and perform responsibilities as required. Keep detailed records of all purchases Purchase all food, cake, decorations and party supplies as directed Assure that proper safety regulations and conditions are maintained. Maintain professional conduct and neat appearance consistent with the Dress Policy. Work within appropriate and approved budget. Work effectively with children and adults and cater to individual needs Ensure that appropriate staff is scheduled to supervise/Life Guard during parties Remain consistent with YMCA policies, and plan all activities with the YMCA's mission in mind. Be aware of the YMCA programs and schedules and willingly share the information with participants. At all times promote the YMCA mission. Suggest improvements. Attend training and meetings as requested by supervisor. Perform all other functions as assigned, relative to the welfare of the association.
