It is ok - we will train you!Ideal Candidate:-- Prior experience in a medical office-- Experience with high volume calls.-- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and computer skills.-- Excellent verbal and written communication.-- Bilingual-- General knowledge of medical insurance and terminologyDuties to include, but not limited to :- Answer incoming calls- Schedule appointments- Convey patient financial information- Greet patients & visitors- Scan & upload chart documents- Collect patient financial responsibility from patients prior to their exams.Feel free to apply in confidence.*** Training for position will commence in Cooper City Florida and take place from 10:00am-3:00pm M-F for four weeks***Learn more about us : www.pommri.com Job Type: Full TimePay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
