Job Description for Sales Manager NPC Global is a distribution company in Carteret NJ looking to add a Sales Manager to our expanding team! Job Responsibilities Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Be a strong people leader - assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage accordingly; provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with your team Grow the team - source, interview and hire top salespeople as we continue to grow Responsible for driving new business through the distributor network Manages Day-to-Day activity with the Sales Team The critical focus is on new business development within an established territory, maximizing sales volume growth consistent with overall business profit margin performance while emphasizing our product lines as a competitive advantage Suggest implement improvements in the go to market strategy via Sales Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements where needed Research and develop methods to increase customer engagement via the phone, email, social selling, etc. Report key process improvements and developments to stakeholders within Impact Packaging Solutions Requirements : 5 years of sales experience in the distribution area 2 years of experience managing a sales team Experience in the packaging industry High-level of attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional talent in negotiating and networking Exceptional communication skills Company Benefits: Full Time Position Competitive Salary Fully Paid Medical Insurance 50% Coverage Dental Plan Generous PTO Package Paid Holidays #ZR Job Posted by ApplicantPro
