Job Description for Accounts Payable Clerk NPC Global is a distribution company in Carteret NJ looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to our expanding team! Job Responsibilities Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices Request weekly statements from vendors Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures Perform data entry associated with accounts payable Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies Audit and process credit card bills Address and respond to vendor inquiries Requirements: Highschool diploma Associates degree in accounting 1-2 years of experience with Accounts Payable or general accounting Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills Strong time management and organizational skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles High degree of attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong analytic abilities Company Benefits: Full Time Position Competitive Salary Fully Paid Medical Insurance 50% Coverage Dental Plan 50% Coverage Vision Plan Life Insurance Generous PTO Package Paid Holidays #ZR Job Posted by ApplicantPro
