Admission Requirements High School graduate and diploma or have satisfied the requirements through the general education development (GED) 2 Forms of identification, Valid Social Security card and Current State Identification Card TB (PPD) Skin Test (Available @ SHCS for $25) Criminal Background Check (Available at your local Police Department) All physicals must be up to date (within 1 year) Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver (Vaccine may be obtained at Local health dept. or private physician). Waiver can be signed at school.
