WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AN ELECTRICIAN FIELD MANAGER AT VILLAGE ELECTRIC This project management position typically works Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM . As an Electrician Field Manager, you are vital to the successful completion of our projects! A capable and supportive leader, you effectively lead your crew to ensure we complete our projects on time and on budget. You diligently manage the day-to-day activities of our electrical department, strategically delegating tasks amongst the crew and directing team members as they work. Attentively, you observe both in-house staff and field technicians to ensure they complete their work thoroughly and accurately. No matter what your team is working on, you make sure everyone closely follows all safety guidelines and quality standards. If you notice any issues while working, you promptly and professionally address the problem. You also work closely with other department leaders and company executives to develop strategies for meeting our company's long-term goals and growth expectations.
