Set-Up Crew Member SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the organization and stacking of produced product ready for distribution ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Inspect codes, labels and proper packaging for finished product Responsible for ensuring that boxes are being stacked in a timely fashion Responsible for the counts of produced boxes going out for distribution Working knowledge of all sanitary practices as they pertain to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and equipment washouts Maintaining all needed tools restocked Responsible for change over including confirming all required materials for production Responsible for shrink wrapping completed pallets and deliver to assigned area Ability to work in a fast paste environment Ability to taken and give instruction clearly Filling out any needed paperwork on a daily basis Assist in cleaning and maintaining packaging line area clean Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Certificates, Licenses, Registrations This job does not require any specific certificates, licenses, or registrations.
