Nautix is looking for a creative, driven, and organized individual to join our growing team. This role specializes in employee scheduling and problem-solving. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure all contract staffing obligations are met through the proper staffing of Nautix personnel Hiring, recruiting, and retaining seasonal staff Conduct Interviews Employee orientations, development, and training Gather seasonal employee availability Create schedules for clients based on desired hours of operation and business demands Develop, publish, and maintain weekly schedules for seasonal Lifeguards and Pool Monitors Involved in staffing and location placement decisions Monitor time-keeping system to ensure employees are adhering to schedules Manage employee shift swaps, time-off requests, and schedule changes Manage and solve any scheduling problems that arise on a daily basis Prepare and troubleshoot daily schedules for the following day Continual development of policies and procedures Contact clients and employees about any potential issues or schedule changes General office duties Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of scheduling preferred but not required Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required This role involves weekend and holiday work during peak season The Ideal Candidate: Excellent creative and logical thinking skills Ability to problem solve and prioritize Ability to work effectively and objectively during periods of high stress Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills
