We are looking for a qualified Title Clerk for our fast-paced environment. **PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE ONLY!! ** Summary The duties include processing bank contracts, title processing, NOL's, etc. Also, accurately recording the sale, profit and commissions payable on all sold units, and to maintain accurate accounting of vehicle inventories. Responsibilities Verify contract packages for accuracy and submit contracts to banks Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly Maintains Customer Satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards Processes paperwork in a timely manner Posts new and used deals to accounting Issues checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions Process Warranty cancellations and refund customers Process Chrysler Incentives Reconciles schedules Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Automotive Title/Billing experience is a must Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized with a keen attention to detail with strong computer & phone skills Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment All applicants must be authorized to work in the United Sates, be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
