We are currently seeking the following position : *** Position is contingent on contract award*** JOB TITLE: SUPERVISOR JOB PURPOSE: The Supervisor's primary goal is to manage a team of employees by providing constant feedback and communicating the company's goals The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a group of employees within a professional setting. Their duties include relaying information between their team and upper management, guiding their team through daily work activities or projects, and monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs supervisory duties, oversight, and control of contract personnel. Responsible for ensuring contract employees perform timely completion of assigned tasks as required. Receive work requirements for contract employees and delegate/assign according to skill set and ensure contract employees are available, certified, and trained for assigned work. Responsible for accident/incident reporting, attending required meetings and acting as a single point of contact for interfacing with the Government supervision/management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication Expertise in a specific industry Time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or Professional Military Education (PME) in a related field or a combination of work experience and years of service. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience performing supervisory duties, oversight, and control of contract personnel.
