Field Installations Specialist - Cabling & Equipment Salary based on experience and capabilities Job Type: Full-Time Qualifications: High-school degree and 2 years minimum work experience. Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience a plus. Valid Driver License, clean driving record and ability to drive to customer locations 50-75% weekly. Perform physical network, audio, and video wiring installation. Prior experience required. Maintain service documentation and real-time ticket data entry and ticket planning/prioritization/scheduling. Interact with end-users with exceptional customer service skill remotely and onsite. Provide technical support to end users remotely and onsite. Moves, Adds, Changes of PCs/laptops, printers, VOIP phones and other peripherals. Moves, Adds, Changes of Network equipment, Firewalls, Modems, Routers, and wifi hardware. Provide technical support to customers remotely and onsite. Install, configure, and repair hardware and software. Supporting MAC, Windows, Android and iOS operating systems and applications. Daily ongoing Hands-on support and end-user interaction and communications remotely and as well as traveling to client locations.
