United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV) seeks an enthusiastic, independent, and professional community based mentor for an exciting AmeriCorps program. An AmeriCorps assignment is a service position that is grant funded and lasts 10 months.This mentor will be placed with the SHINE after-school program located at LB Morris Elementary School in Jim Thorpe. Mentors will assist students with homework, special projects, and nutrition.
