A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER As our Senior Project Manager, you are invaluable to the successful completion of our projects. You set our team up for success from the top-down by creating effective schedules and skillfully coordinating the logistics of our jobs. For every project, you remain in constant communication with the stakeholders, keeping them up to date on all progress and any changes in plans.
