If so, we'd love to hear from you! What we are looking for: The Inventory Auditor will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. The Inventory Auditor will also be locating materials in organized manner. This position places high premiums on effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, and intelligent judgement. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cycle Count Items and sub-assemblies in Inventory and record the data using a computer, comparing physical inventory vs LeafLogix Inventory Records. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them. Pack and unpack Containers, locate, and put away all stock in organized manner. Support Physical Inventory Activities. Update / Review Inventory Tracking Sheets. Other Tasks as assigned. Minimum Position Qualifications: Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products Ability to learn and apply new software and systems Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service skills in interacting with diverse population Strong problem-solving skills Operate office equipment including PC, copier, fax, scanner Strong oral and written communication skills Time management skills and ability to prioritize work Desired Previous Job Experience High school education or equivalent Additional training in computer products and hardware Work experience in a distribution, manufacturing environment REQUIREMENTS: Working Experience in materials / logistics areas: Inventory auditing experience is preferred. Experience in excel database management / update. Highly Organized and Detail Oriented. Ability to stand, walk, carry light objects, handle, or feel parts, reach with hands and arms. Ability to Multi-task and work with minimum supervision. Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate. Ability to travel between facilities as required. Flexible and capable of adapting to change with the ability to follow work instructions.
