Focal Point Remodeling of Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Call Center Manager , the backbone of our marketing success, and requires an exceptional candidate with a "Can Do" attitude and who is results driven. We are seeking Trainers, Motivators & Mentors. Qualifications and Performance Expectations 3+ years or more experience in a Management or Supervisory role in a Call Center. Capable of providing direction and leadership, with a focus on performance and behavior expectations, to the call center team. Experience with inside sales and lead generation. Coaching, motivating & mentoring individuals daily. Ability to communicate with diversity and effectiveness Lead a team of 6-15 call center representatives Highly organized and goal orientated Must be coachable Abiding by all company requirements Must be flexible and ready to work Willingness to drive goals and Agent expectations weekly and monthly.
