As a busser on our team, you will utilize your strong interpersonal skills to assist the servers in creating a clean, organized, and positive impression of the restaurant. You will use your attention to detail to keep the dining area clean by wiping down tables after guests leave and resetting the table so that each new guest has the same high-quality dining experience. The fast-paced and high-energy environment will challenge you as you play an important role in the smooth running of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to Our Mission, Every Guest Leaves Happy, through teamwork, hospitality, proactive communication, and helping outside your role as needed. Provide service to guests, finding requested items and bringing them to the table in an efficient and timely manner. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations. Clean, sanitize, and reset tables between guest seatings. Clear tables of any glassware and dishes no longer needed by guests. Keep floors and furniture in dining areas clean and arranged to restaurant standards. Keep designated service stations clean and organized. Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware. Assisting with serving food and beverages as needed to reduce the wait time for guests. Maintain clear communication with the servers, hosts, kitchen staff and management to ensure an efficient and positive working relationship. Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies. Requirements: A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team. Passion for providing extraordinary service. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time. Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe. Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
