If this is you, we would like to talk to you about a position in our Finance/Administrative department for Gould's Salons and Spas and/or Gould's Academy . Responsibilities Working closely with students for admission and procedures of financial requirements Accepting and reviewing financial aid applications and forms Complete and Process FAFSA Applications Reviewing past academic performance of students and transcripts Insuring that confidentiality of all information is maintained Bookkeeping and day to day accounting task Why Gould's Fun and professional atmosphere Generous discounts on salon services Generous discounts on premium products Room to advance or grow professionally Friendly and positive co-workers Qualifications Multitasking, setting priorities and meeting deadlines Answering phones and emails Positive attitude and detail oriented Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer, keyboard and mathematic skills 1-2 years in accounting or bookkeeping 0
