Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Senior HRIS Analyst is an integral position within the HRIS structure. This individual serves as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing/creation and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst provides innovative thinking and experienced problem-solving techniques to support the Human Resources team and the companies of The Fedcap Group. This role supports the development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud and other related Human Resources systems, ensuring relevance, integrity, and reliability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Propose and develop reporting and dashboards that empower end users to make informed decisionsAutomate regularly scheduled reports.Utilize the firm's HRIS report writing tools to prepare ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly management reports and assist in completing various internal/external audits.Monitor and troubleshoot workflow transactions.Evaluate Oracle HCM releases for changes that will impact current business processes and to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of the application.Develop test plans/scripts, execute testing scenarios, and validate results.Assist with system administration of Oracle HCM.Participate in HR-related efforts as the SME for technical requirements related to any functional area of HR.Develops audit processes and procedures for all employee inputs in ADP.Liaison with other members of HR to ensure processes are working as is and recommend process improvements where needed.Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train staff on new processes/functionality.Support The Fedcap Group companies/departments with audits as needed.Functions as an ambassador and liaison for The Fedcap Group.Contributes to the organization's success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results. NOTE The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position. QUALIFICATIONS Job qualifications are stated in the Essential Functions of the job description. An employee must be able to accomplish the Essential Functions to be competent in the job. Other special requirements are noted below.Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Job Experience Five (5) years experience in an HR department or performing similar responsibilities or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Oracle HCM experience or equivalent HRIS software. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and BPM Worklist is a plus. ADP Enterprise and ADP Reporting experience are strongly preferred. Demonstrated competency in working with competing priorities. Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with all appropriate stakeholders and function in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve using sound judgment and remain focused on results/deliverables. Demonstrated achievement in communicating professionally and effectively with organizational leaders while providing high-level customer service. Well-established relationship management skills – experience in working with and guiding/providing consultative information to stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships. International experience – Canada, EU, and UK a plus. Equipment Skills Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Software Skills Computer literacy, including effective working skills in HCM Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Salesforce, and other related software. Ability to devise/create dashboards within the HRIS system. Other Skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, discretion, and professionalism. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work Conditions Work is typically performed in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside of the office setting. Special Schedule Normal business hours; At times, must be willing to work in beyond normal business hours as driven by operational needs. Travel Demands Travel is not typically required, however, there may be occasional instances where it may be necessary.
