A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMODELING DESIGNER - SALES REP In this position, you work directly with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our remodeling services. You meet with customers to discuss their needs. Then, based on the conversations you have with them, you prepare estimates. Throughout the design process, you discuss each aspect of the remodel with the client, workshopping things as necessary. You talk about potential products and services, fine-tuning each estimate and work order. Then, when everything is settled with the design, you meet with our production team to review every aspect of the project. You love helping our customers have the bathrooms and kitchens of their dreams! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMODELING DESIGNER - SALES REP 3+ years of experience in residential interior remodeling and sales Experience using design software Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or another related field Understanding of the basics of the construction industry Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office applications Design skills Knowledge about bathroom and kitchen remodel products Are you self-motived and goal-oriented? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you provide exceptional customer service? Are you a team player? Do you have top-notch organizational skills? Can you effectively manage a variety of tasks? Are you knowledgeable about the construction and remodeling industry? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! WORK SCHEDULE FOR A REMODELING DESIGNER - SALES REP This position is full-time and typically works 8 AM - 5 PM , but there is some flexibility depending on the needs of the client.
