Who we need: The Community Services Supervisor provides leadership and supervision of community program services and maintains an active caseload including regular contact with clients. This position is responsible for leadership of two or more programs, with associated administrative tasks and provision of client services. The Community Services Supervisor is to provide supervision and management of the program and services designed by the agency. This position must maintain a wide range of working relationships internally and externally, advocate for client-driven and responsive services, and provide consistent leadership for the team. The individual holding this position ensures quality services to clients through the supervision and training of staff. Compensation: Salary: $65,000 Job type: Full-time Comprehensive benefits include: Employer paid medical insurance (employee only) Employer paid Life/AD&D insurance Available 403(b) retirement plan w/ up to 6% employer match Generous PTO: (9) paid holidays, (2) floating holidays, and initial (10) vacation days (accrued annually) Available Heath Savings Account (HSA) with $500 employer initial contribution Dental, vision, and other supplemental insurance (STD, LTD, Accident, Voluntary Life) Tuition reimbursement Essential Duties/Responsibilities : Acts as visionary in terms of developing and implementing programs in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Family Resources. Aids in the creation of and support of a positive culture within the agency; ensures that the staff foster an atmosphere of teamwork which promotes Family Resources as a desirable place to work. Ensures that self and programs are meeting key performance indicators (KPI's) and that these indicators drive accountability, performance, and positive culture within the programs. Provides guidance, supervision, and expertise in the management and delivery of program services. Maintains an active client case load with a minimum of 10 clients from programs supervised. Responsible for oversight of suicide precaution procedures to include assessment, staff assessment training, and removal from sight and sound precautions. Leads clinical treatment teams. Responsible for understanding funder program requirements and expectations. Ensures that programs receive excellent ratings on any external audits Develops and/or manages effective programmatic systems to ensure contract compliance. This includes monthly program reports on program(s) progress toward meeting annual performance objectives and contract requirements. Ensures the completion of required monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports to address funders' contract compliance and internal quality control and data collection needs. Ensures that the program's financial resources are effectively managed, and that the program(s) complies with established fiscal policies, procedures, and controls. Assists with the development of grant applications as needed. Ensures any program billing deadlines are met on time Works with the VP of Impact on all quality Insurance Initiatives Responsible for working knowledge of agency policies and collaborating with Chief Operating Officer to implement agency policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Maintains good working relationships with funders, other agencies, and community groups which represent sources of clients and/or support for clients. Represents the agency in a variety of community coalitions and committees related to programs under his/her direction. Works with Community Liaison under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer to coordinate and implement an effective outreach plan to achieve optimum utilization of programs to meet contract objectives and obligations. Develops a strong, effective team and ensures that the team-based approach is used in the program. Ensures programs are staffed at the appropriate levels with individuals whose skills, abilities, and accreditations are suited to their job responsibilities. Responsible for the development of staff related to their position with the agency. This includes annual training compliance, skill building, and cross-training as needed for related programs. Helps to cultivate an internship program with master's level clinicians Provides clinical supervision to interns and staff seeking licensure Responsible for proper staffing patterns and program coverage while staying within budgeted program hours. Engages in monthly one to one staff supervision and appropriate documentation. Conducts and documents regular staff meetings to ensure communication and team building is present in programs and to ensure employee compliance and professional growth. Responsible for timely and honest evaluation of program employees to include employee development objectives and goals. Coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner to address and implement appropriate employee disciplinary actions, as necessary. Serves as data manager expert achieving expertise in all procedures related to data management. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Behavioral Science or related field. State of Florida licensure or licensed eligible in Mental Health, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy A minimum of three (3) years' experience in increasingly responsible administrative or management capacity. Valid Florida driver's license, clear driving record and current automobile insurance. Must maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability within areas of responsibility by providing leadership, direction, motivation, and training. The possession of a personal cellular phone is required for use in accordance with agency policies and procedures Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Frequent sitting, standing, or walking. Frequent use of hands and fingers. The ability to hear and respond quickly to sounds. Close, distance, and peripheral vision. Frequent driving.
