Job Responsibilities -Analyze machines for breakdown, failures and causes of downtimes.-Develop a preventive/ maintenance system to ensure steady production and reduction of failure.-Fully understand Wirefabs inc. systems ,process and all types of machinery .-Report directly to the Director of production.-Develop a relationship with part suppliers.-Work with management on projects and upgrades. Required Qualifications -Very strong background with technical shop maintenance and troubleshooting.-Knowledge in industrial machinery that including CNC ,PLC Drive and automation.-Hydraulic, pneumatic ,electrical and control skills.-Computer and software skills.-Understanding of CNC forming machines, CNC presses, Lasers, Robotics Resistance welding machines ,Welding machines ,Milling machines and shop systems.- Strong communication and leadership skills.-5 years + experience and formal training and education in machines.-Expert with shop tools and testing equipment.-Ability to design and create mechanical parts.
