HR and Benefits Coordinator Mirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking an HR and Benefits Coordinator to join its Human Resources team! The HR and Benefits Coordinator will support the HR Team and our four Mirbeau properties which are located in Skaneateles NY, Rhinebeck NY, Albany NY and Plymouth Massachusetts with the following: Assist employees and supervisors with general inquiries of HR policies and procedures Manage and oversee benefits administration (401K, Medical, Dental, Vision) Oversee leave of absences for the Mirbeau properties Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions Assist with the execution of employee recognition programs Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Create and distribute HR documents Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment Compile reports and spreadsheets Assist the Director of HR and HR Manager with HR projects Conduct exit interviews Assist with our Anniversary program Mirbeau is happy to offer benefits including: Flexible Schedule that allows for a work/life balance Paid Time Off for Full-Time employees and Part-Time employees Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 50% discount on Spa Services for Employee & a Guest Discount on Retail products 20% discount on Food 401K with Company Match Employee use of Wellness Programs & Fitness Center Employee Rate on Guest Rooms at all Mirbeau Locations Health, balance, and well-being are particularly high priorities for all, and they have been among our core values from the very beginning.
